[MC-182520] Experience orbs no longer glow in the dark

On 19w37a, the Experience orbs are glow in the dark, because MC-161276 is fixed, it no longer glowing.

Weirdly enough, experience actually glowed properly in 1.13, but then got dimmer in 1.14.4 and then even dimmer in 1.15.2. Here are screenshots of all instances compared to each other.
