When sneak-walking with Soul Speed on a Soul Sand or Soul Soil block (most noticeably) adjacent to lava, too many soul particles spawn

When you are walking or sneak-walking next to a Soul Sand or Soil Soil block that is adjacent to lava (most noticeably, but also works when shifting and hitting WASD keys all at once) while wearing boots with the Soul Speed enchantment, too many soul particles spawn.
