Cannot login to minecraft.net or into the launcher, It says im offline

I have all my credentials as they have never changed in the past 4 years, i'm connected to the internet and have tried to reinstall minecraft to my pc a few different ways, .msi .exe and through the download button. all of them don't work. It also will not let me log into my mojang account on minecraft.net but sometimes lets me login on mojang.com. I've looked into the forum and removed any of the incompatible software's. I've never had this issue before and now I can't connect to anything.
