When a ruined portal generates in the Nether, it generates polished blackstone for Java Edition, but Nether bricks for Bedrock Edition. To reproduce in the latest Java Edition snapshot, use the seed -2827766514992215083 and run the following command:
/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p -348 60 -222Information of how to reproduce for Bedrock is in the comments.
Oddly enough I do play Bedrock too. I reproduced this on Bedrock. I used a random seed (805023162), went into the Nether, use the locate command and tp to 72 100 88 and found a ruined portal with nether brick slabs. I attached a screenshot as well.
