I have a dropper attached to some redstone to auto eject items. The location of this in my world is at x:55 y:11 z:-127 (photo attached). When I am at my base in our village at X:116 Y:76 Z:-174, I can hear it clicking when it's operating. I've been in spectator mode for awhile trying to track this down and finally figured out where the sound was coming from. I think this was an old bug that may have returned.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
