Just trying go boost this for someone who might care. The 1.19 update is coming on June 7, and we (Mac users) won't be able to play with the Warden at all, because of this bug. Since shifting is one of the important features of dealing with the warden. Can we get SOMEONE to be assigned this and fix it so we'll all be able to play the new version fully?
Thanks @Ashton Weiss - I just installed this and have been tinkering with it. It's a nice alternative, so that we can get some functionality back. Figuring out the sensitivity is tricky, but it's really close. Thanks again!
Same here. Bee farm had one nest with 3 bees in it. Front surrounded by glass with 1 flower available. After some time, I noticed that all the bees were missing. Replaced the nest with a hive and now those 3 bees are gone.
ok - but, if the overworld will now go to higher and lower Y dimensions, wouldn't this just mean that you could never build a nether portal in the overworld within the new extended world dimensions? Wouldn't they always be "too far" from the portal in the nether to link up?
I just updated the server to the 1.16 Pre_release 8 and the server-icon looks correct again. I guess it was unique to the 1.16 Pre-release 7 version? Screenshot attached.
icon is 64x64 - was working great on previous versions.

@Devan S. - Thanks - I derped. Put the mods in the wrong folder. 😞 Thanks for the clarification. I'm up and running now.
I've installed the fabric as instructed and still crashing. I see it load the Fabric API and the twozerobee mods as expected, but it still crashes with the same error.

I'll probably wait until the next release is out. I'm not that important that I need this to work right now, but wanted to document that it didn't for me. Thank you!
Just wanted to update you that this was an issue of the mouse middle button failing. After testing with a different mouse, the middle-click function is fine.
Nope, it's still broken for me. Scrolling is still uneven and when crouching, the scroll doesn't work. Exactly the same as before.
Same issue here. made all spaces around the building non-spawnable, but the golems keep spawning in on top of half slabs, inside of fences on the building wall.
I'm seeing this same behavior in 1.15 on a server with no mods.
Confirmed for me too - 1.15-pre1 & pre2
i'm experiencing this same issue on my server. When leaving a stair block and entering a path block, it's like I'm stuck/slowed down similar to the effect on soul sand. If I keep pushing forward, my character seems to inch forward and then get released and move normally. Very strange effect.
MORE INFO: If there is a stair up to a path block to another stair up, I get completely stuck on the stair block when walking. But, if I sprint, I can get past it, but still get stuck on the next stair to path block as mentioned above.
Adding that I'm also seeing the walking particle effects when stuck.
Why did this quit working in 1.13? It works fine in all versions prior to 1.13, but has been broken since then. Plus, there is another issue related to this. When scrolling, the scrolling action is inconsistent. You'll sometimes scroll 5 times to move 1 position and then each scroll will move a single position and then stick again. It's VERY frustrating and makes it so hard to use MC. Scrolling and crouch/scrolling are CORE to game play. Why isn't this a bigger issue that is getting fixed?
I've had this same issues since 1.13 was released and I'm using MAC OS X . There are 2 problems here. If I switch back to 1.12 or earlier, it works normally.
1) the scrolling is no longer "smooth". Sometimes you have to move the scroll wheel several times to get it to move once. Then it will move normally jumping to the wrong place.
2) When holding shift, you can't use the scroll wheel. You have to unshift and go scroll works as in item 1, but won't move when holding shift.
I've seen this twice now in 1.14.4. Interestingly, I haven't seen it when mining with haste II and an efficiency V pick axe. In both instances, I experienced ghost blocks when using my Efficiency V Shovel on Dirt Blocks WITHOUT haste of any kind. I logout / login and see the ghost block show up. I hope that helps.
I'm also experiencing this on 2 different 1.14.2 Prerelease-4 servers. It usually happens when I approach a door, right click on it and continue through. This is usually all in one motion, like you would do out of habit on in a familiar building / village. I had to switch to Spectator mode and move a few blocks forward. Even switching to creative mode doesn't help.
Also - I'm playing in Java on OSX, but one of my team mates in using Java on Win 10. She has also experienced this as well. I had to TP her to me to get her out of the door.
We're in 1.14.2 - PreRelease 2 and still experiencing this.
We've had the same issue on our server. 1st player joins. Immediate loud clap of thunder. Then Village is on fire. Forest about 30 blocks away is also on fire. The in another direction 30ish blocks, another fire. All at once. Had to set doFireTick to false to stop everything from constantly burning down.
Wow, just heard in SlicedLime's latest video that this is fixed in the latest snapshot. I'm stunned, but happy to hear it. It's been so long, that I had given up on it. Thank you!
