error in account migration process

I can't use Minecraft even though I purchased it in 2011, and my account has been migrated.

NO ONE FROM MINECRAFT IS RESPONDING TO MY ISSUE

THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Clearly the concept of patience is unknown to you.

 

This is NOT a game related bug. Go to the support center and seek help there.

I've contacted 'support' through some form on 26th March and 26th April.

NOT A SINGLE WORD OR RESPONSE CAME BACK

at the same time, THE MIGRATION PROCESS FAILED! as I can't play Minecraft, even though my purchase should have been migrated

this is indeed an issue both with the migration process (which is a bug) and customer service in general

Then report it to site bug tracker, also read the issue page creating guide

it is quite game related - I can't even start the game!
