[MC-183758] Using a respawn anchor charged to the max with a dispenser doesn't grant advancement

If a dispenser is used to charge a respawn anchor to the max, the "Not Quite Nine Lives" advancement is not granted when using said respawn anchor.

I think this is intended. The action was done by the dispenser, not the player.

Most likely this will be closed as wai or won't fix, since on the servers this would make all players to recive advancement at once

Confirmed. It isn't possible to check if the respawn anchor was charged by a dispenser, but (I presume) it is possible to tell if a player used a fully charged respawn anchor. This can be fixed by making the advancement happen when a player uses the fully charged respawn anchor, instead of charging it fully with glowstone. I edited the report to reflect this.
