[MC-183824] Employed villagers change their profession quickly back and forth to employed/unemployed

This is a duplicate of MC-151079, which has been marked resolved but is in fact still happening.

Example of this behavior occurs to the second villager from the right at 0:13 in attachment.

Please provide more detailed reproduction steps - does this happen on a server and if so, are any mods or plugins installed on said server?

This still happens in vanilla 1.20 versions. You don't really need any reproduction steps for it, just have villagers closed in a 1x1 space next to their work station and you'll find they will randomly lose it, and other villagers nearby will take it.
