Some servers say Can't reach server and when I connect the server works perfectly fine

I have this issue since forever. Very often the information on a server in the server list is outdated.

When you enter the server it refreshes, it doesn't refresh while you're seeing the list, i think.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
