Today I tried to play some Minecraft, but the game was being super tacky and the F3 menu showed 0 FPS. The game worked perfectly earlier today (5/19/2020). I don't recall doing anything else than playing the game normally. Also I'm playing on 1.15.2 with Optifine. Everytime I have to close the game via Task Manager, and every time I do that, the Minecraft Launcher opens and it says that the game crashed. And it doesn't even say "Minecraft" in the Task Manager, but thats probably because of Optifine.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

Also when I join to a world, it first goes to 0 FPS, then it jumps to 20 for a second then it goes back to 0. When I tried to take a screenshot of this menu, it says "Schreenshot can not be taken." And it shows the Mojang loading screen in the backroung, meaning that the game is still technically still loading, which is strange.
