[MC-184686] "Minecart Rolls" Sound effect/subtitle plays at random times

When playing in my server, even when I am flying hundreds of blocks in the air with my elytra, I see the subtitle ("Minecart rolls"). It is pretty much random; maybe it is when a chunk with a minecart loads but I'm not quite sure.

This can happen if you are above a mineshaft. However it probably shouldn't happen when you are far above the mineshaft.

I don't usually hear any sounds; I just see the subtitle.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-91163, which has been fixed for the next version of the game.

Please use the search function in the future to prevent duplicate reports.
