[MC-185008] you can see the item number through the description of an item when you hover over it.

as it shows in the screenshot below the number of how many items is very visible when hovering over another item and seeing the description/name and id

I'm very sorry for being so bad at explaining but simply look at the screenshot and you will hopefully understand thanks.
