Narrator Disabled text in toast is no longer vertically centered

The bug

When enabling Narrator and then disabling it, the "Narrator Disabled" text in the toast is no longer vertically centered and appears at the top as if it has text below it. This does not happen in 1.15.2.

How to reproduce

Press Ctrl + B to enable the Narrator, and then repeat until the "Narrator Disabled" toast appears.
