[MC-185579] Nylium does not spread like grass does

Unlike mushrooms, fungus does not spread.

Place an any type of fungi and an any type of mushroom
Set randomTickSpeed to 30000
→ ❌ Notice the mushrooms are spread, but fungus does not.
