Honey Block Disappears

In a survival realm I administrate, I made an auto honey bottle farm. After acquiring about 32 honey bottles, I attempted to make 8 honey blocks (4 bottles per). The empty bottles were returned, and all 8 money blocks were in my inventory for a brief second and then disapeared.

What I expected to happen was:
Honey blocks should not disapear.

What actually happened was:
The honey blocks disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into realm and either equip 4 empty bottles and 1 honey block and make 4 honey bottles OR grab 4 honey bottles from chest.

2. Either using crafting table or 4 block crafting, attempt to make honey block.

3. Watch all your bees hard work disappear.

4. Bottles are actually thrown, which may be expected.
