i cant right click on anything properly

When opening the game and choosing my world it is difficult to get it running by clicking it and then when i'm in the game, breaking blocks and trying to move thing out of my inventories into my chests is impossible because i wont be able to pick it up with my right mouse button. i know its not my mouse or keyboards because it works perfectly when i'm not playing the game and its been working perfectly up until now.
