pinpointed the issue to the banned-ips.json file, the square brackets were missing (no ips were banned, literally a blank file) threw me off a little, especially given the error message, either way, issue fixed

Well, by the looks of it, most people would prefer to have more game to play, especially if there are no negative side affects of doing so, if that was thier attitude to "trivial mods" then pistons wouldnt even exist, sounds like a conflict of intrest to me

You can access snapshots in the launcher if you look for in in settings

This is technically a bug... its quasi connectivity and it stays powed cuz the redstone dust above the piston is powering it... this bug wont get removed as it is kinda loved by alot of people for how useful it is (that or there isnt redstone dust and i just lack brain cells)

Huge respect for eagleye build... try nametagging and enderman with the name of "a"

Then run this command:

/tp @p @e[limit=1,sort=nearest,name=a]

That will show you where enderman went

This bug is game breaking, we must fix as soon as possible becauuse befor u know it the pistons will revolt as a robotic uprising that gains sentience and destroys all functionality... ;b

ok so i had some trouble getting the bug to work (first time ever 😃) and i was super happy, but the second i teleported a 1000 blocks from spawn, it crashed on  reload... currently testing a bit, crash logs coming out soon (edit: the distance of tp doesnt seem to matter)

ok, after starting a fresh new world it locked up on the second time, then it went back to the pattern of 3s, if it helps any, the game does not make it to the point where the tab has single player

Ok, i do have trouble loading up new worlds as well, but ill make a seperate bug report. Im going to try that when i can today

While this seemed very sarcastic, this is a legitimate problem im having, it is very consistent and i figured it out after i got it to happen 2 times when trying to find a cause for the bug

i figured it out when you get to the launcher go to the versions then click what version you want and change the c:\your account... and change the / to a \ and change app data to %appdata% BUUUUUT NOW MC ONLY WORKS IN 1.11 :/ further attempting to 1.12 is a result of a crash GET IT RIGHT MOJANG/MICROSOFT CD
