The storage interface for chests, barrels and the progress indicator is replaced by random textures, depending on the world, and if it is the first or second time that it starts, causing this second time to change the textures of these interfaces again

This report actually appears to be a duplicate of MC-181280, which hasn't yet been resolved. If you have any additional information to provide regarding this issue, feel free to comment on the parent ticket. Just to further inform you, this will not determine how quickly the bug gets handled or fixed.
