[MC-186353] The "s" and "m" in "Edit sign message" are uncapitalized

While editing a sign the message "Edit sign message" is displayed at the top of the screen, but it is improperly uncapitalized, and instead should have sign and message capitalized.

Isn't it supposed to be like that? "Edit Sign Message" looks rather weird.

It has always been this way. What evidence do you have that the current way is wrong, and your proposed way is right?

I've just seen a lot of recent capitalization bugs. Plus, where else in the game do you see a message like that and it isn't capitalized?

If you place down a sign and edit the text, at the top of the screen you will see a message/title.

I don't think this is a bug due to it not being a confirmation button but still Mojang has weird rules with Capitalization so anything can happen.
