After killing the dragon the gate way did not spawn i even tried retting to an old back up and still did not spawn but, I reopened my world in creative and it did spawn I also tried in a different world it also spawned so im confused as to wether this is only happening to me or is it affecting hardcore players

I have the same issue!
In the current World I killed the Dragon 2 times with the same result. But in a new world, in creative mode, the gateway appears normally.
I had the same issue today, beat the dragon twice, but no gateways, world created in 20w21a but didn't go to the end until 20w22a

See MC-184482, worlds opened in 20w20b or 20w21b are broken and need to be repaired manually.
This was supposed to be fixed in 20w22a: MC-184482. Is this issue occurring even in a new world?
