Logging in bug

When logging into a server, I floated straight through the world as if I were in spectator mode, but falling and unable to fly. It wasn't the usual unloaded chunks issue, but I was actually falling through loaded chunks in which I could see mobs moving through caves. I was also unable to say anything in chat during this time.

This wasn't an issue with a connection to the server, because I was able to eat food while falling successfully and the world was all loading in as I mentioned. I have also never had a connection issue with this server. The server is just running vanilla minecraft with no additions.

I have no idea how to reproduce this, however it should be noted that prior to this login I was on a different account in spectator mode. Perhaps the settings were saved for some reason and the camera options transferred to this account and this login? (I am positive that I was in survival when this happened, because I could see my hotbar, I could eat, etc)

How is the server hosted?

Please also force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game on the server and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

I'm afraid I don't know how it's hosted, however I'll try to update this when I find out. I'm attaching the crash report to the description. Note that the issue is not persisting at the time of forcing the crash.

Please provide the server log during the time this incident occurred.

The server owner would rather not make the server log public, however he informed me that when I left the server the logs said
"Reason for disconnect: BVengo logged in from another location"
and never displayed my camera account (BVengoV2) logging off the server either.

The reason for disconnect is incorrect (it was an intentional disconnect because of the bug), and my other account was definitely closed.

I'm sorry, but at this point, this is just not enough to go off of. If you can find reproduction steps that can reproduce this on any server, please leave a comment and I will reopen this ticket, Until then, I can only guess that there are some kind of modifications used on the server that may have caused this issue (especially if the owner is not willing to provide the server log).
