I was playing in survival mode in my single player 20w22a world. I had just defeated the Ender Dragon, and went through the End Gateway. After going through, there were raindrops and the rain sound. It didn't constantly rain, it was just the occasional rain in the End. I do not have pictures or videos. I had subtitles on, which kept flashing rain or something along the lines of that.
