[MC-186985] lag in full screen

In the latest 20w22a snapshot I get 60 fps when I'm not in full screen, but when I am in full screen I get 10-15 fps, in previous snapshots and versions I did not have this problem. My cpu is about 70 degrees celsius normally, but in this snapshot it is about 85-95 degrees celsius in full screen.

I don't think this is a duplicate. This is specifically talking about the difference in frame rate between windowed and fullscreen mode, which the other ticket doesn't seem to mention. For the record, I have experienced this same issue myself, in many different versions of the game.
