When I open my Minecraft only sometimes the sensitivity shoots up but when I check settings I am at 100% Now this doesnt just happen in servvers but in singleplayer too!
Also I am using 1.8.9 and I use optifine

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
Please also note that 1.8.9 is a very very very old version, and is no longer supported in any capacity.

uninstall optifine and try again... If this appears again, it should be a bug of MC; but if not, maybe you should report it to opt. By the way, please check out whether there are any problems with your device.
