"Place pack files here" hover text on pack selection screen shows everywhere when "Open pack folder" button has focus

The bug

When the "Open pack folder" button on the datapack or resource pack selection screen has focus (i.e. by pressing the TAB (↹) key), its hover text "Place pack files here" shows everywhere on the screen. This does not happen with the other tooltips in the game menus.

How to reproduce

  1. Open the resource pack selection screen

  2. Press TAB (↹) until the "Open pack folder" button has focus

  3. Move around your mouse
    → ❌ The hover text "(Place pack files here)" shows everywhere

I thought mods had a background (like you have a green background). But I've just double checked and the OP is actually a mod. Sorry!

The background color apparently only shows when mentioning a user (e.g. @unknown) and for comments.
