[MC-187858] player is in creative for short period when switching from survival mode to spec mode.

if you are in survival and use f3+n to go into spec mode. It seems you go into creative for a split second. You can see this happen when going into a nether portal while in survival with delay. See clip: https://gyazo.com/72ec48520b52c6067e8bdf3ebf3ac0e2

What makes you say it switches to Creative? Neither the inventory nor the chat show any indication.

The player instantly teleports in the nether portal without a delay. just like creative.
