[MC-187899] If you get out of a boat while rowing, you will not be able to see your main or off-hand and cannot place, destroy, or interact with anything

What I expected to happen was...:
I would get out of the boat and be able to see my hands and interact with the world

What actually happened was...:
I could not see my hands and could not interact with the world

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get into a boat and start moving
2. While moving, get out of the boat
3. You will now not be able to interact with anything
