End City Ship was cut in half (the side with elytra & chests missing). The Ship was in-between two end cities. It's possible that the ship from one city was overridden by the other city, but the other city is so far apart that it seems unreasonable that this happened.

I realized this is actually a duplicate of MC-152094.
I've since lost the seed and other info, so refer to that report for the specifics. It describes the exact bug I experienced.
