When exiting boat quickly of if boat gets hit/sinks with you in it, items in hands as well as hands disappear
What I expected to happen was...:
Not disappear
What actually happened was...:
Hands and items in hands disappeared
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Row in a boat at normal or quick speed
2. exit boat quickly near land or in open water
3. after hands and items in hands disappear, logout and re login to world to get back to normal
