Gravel/Sand doesn't make any sound when broken by placing torch underneath them.

There is a problem that many people have not yet noticed since the torches were implemented in the Java edition. When a gravel/sand is broken by placing a torch down, no sound is played, however in the Bedrock Edition the sound of the gravel being broken plays as well when broken by torch.

What is expected to happen:
Play the gravel/sand block being broken sound

What happens:
No sound at all.

This is possibly a feature request since gravel and sand were both added prior to 1.15, which is when parity issues for new features became valid bugs.

Correct, we only accept parity issues from Buzzy Bees forward.
