When I enter a world when I'm already in the Nether, it starts playing Overworld music for whatever reason. It doesn't just play 1 track; it continues playing Overworld music when I'm still in the Nether. When I exit and re-enter the Nether, it continues playing Overworld music. As far as I know, it might only affect Creative mode, but I'm not sure.

I'm also having this issue. Switching over to survival mode doesn't seem to fix the Nether music.
