Not to be confused with the fixed bug, MC-166980.
This bug mostly affects bees at higher altitudes or close to big cliffs. This is because the fix for MC-166980 doesn't affect the bee's negative y-axis. Once they drop below the hive's radius, they begin wandering around and don't return to the hive.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a hive or nest on a high platform of a really tall cliffside.
Spawn a few bees and let them enter the hive.
After a while, the bees will "fall" of the platform or cliff and wander away.
I suspect this due to the bees not having much pathfinding for their y-axis.
