[MC-188693] FOV doesn't change back when riding a mob after staying on Soul Sand with Soul Speed

The bug

The FOV stays the same when you start riding a mob after standing on Soul Sand with boots enchanted to Soul Speed. FOV should change back because you are no longer staying on Soul Sand.

How to reproduce

Get soul speed boots
Stand on soul sand (your FOV increases)
Spawn a pig with a saddle off the soul sand
Click on it
→ ❌ You are no longer on the soul sand but your FOV is still higher
