For the previous few snapshots, occasionally I've seen chat-ran commands output blank lines as feedback. I've assumed this bug to apply to all commands, not just the one shown below, but due to the irreproducibility of it that's hard to confirm.

Some various points have been raised and debunked
A resource pack is not modifying the language strings of the output commands - I do have a resource pack enabled, but it does not touch the command output strings.
Maybe related to the newline space fixed recently - I've encountered this before the snapshot that fixed that bug (this was confirmed to happen in pre2, the newline bug was fixed in pre3).
-My game is modded - the example shown in this report did come from a Fabric-modded environment, but I have encountered this in pure vanilla.-

I switched to vanilla for a while and it's just happened again - updating the issue
Also, I found an old log from 1.16-pre2 where this happened, and the newline space fix was in pre3
It seems like something to do with the render thread happening before the server thread? I've no idea how threads work but it's my best explanation
I cannot reproduce this in a vanilla environment, so please try to reproduce it yourself without Fabric.
