[MC-189015] When walking from stairs or water to farmland you are blocked

I use stairs as a border around my farm, but if you try to walk onto the hoed dirt it blocks you from leaving the stair block unless you jump over it, the same happens when getting out of the water, and you are pushed backwards from the farmland.
