[MC-189016] Can barely move when on grass paths near my villagers

I was trading with my villagers and when i started walking on the grass path (only the ones near the villagers were glitched) it was almost like there were a bunch of invisible mobs just standing and pushing me around. I tried punching to see if it was just a wandering trader with an invisibility potion but there wasn't anything.
