[MC-189037] Soul sand dragging you to the edge of the block

What I expected to happen was...:
I should not be moving when trying to stand still.

What actually happened was...:
Standing on the edge of soul sand dragged me off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand on a block of soul sand on a ledge

2. The soul sand drags you off of itself

I wasn't pressing any keys when walking off the soul sand.
