[MC-189064] 1x1 Water Block Next to farmed dirt block sucks you in

Whenever you walk within a one block radius of a water block surrounded by farmed dirt blocks (as shown in the attached picture) the water block will suck you in. The only way to escape is to jump out trampling the dirt
