[MC-189088] something pushes me in the water when I walk on hoed dirt

I am not sure what is happening. I can't describe much, just that when I try to get up from the water on my farm, something pushes me back ( and I know nothing is there, its a small farm). It feels like going trough cobweb when I try to walk on the hoed dirt (but it is not happening everywhere, just on a few blocks). Well at first I were thinking that the llamas that belonged to the wandering trader was blocking me so I Coldnt walk normally, but when I killed them it was still going on.
