[MC-189089] Error walking on tilled dirt and compacted pathway (With shovel) dirt

When walking on tilled dirt, you will start to slip along towards the water source as if you are standing in running water.

When walking on compacted pathway (With shovel) dirt, you will run into barriers near the edges and be unable to move past it without jumping. When coming up to a compacted pathway, you are not able to jump up onto it.
