[MC-189355] Farmland next to water pushes the player towards the water

I was standing on farmland next to water and it pulled me towards the water. I tested this in 1.16 pre 5 and also 1.15.2 and it seems to be the case only in 1.16 pre 5

To reproduce place water next to farmland and stand on farmland and it will pull you towards the water
