[MC-189424] Cannot move from slab onto farmland or grass path

If a slab is located on the lower half of a block, I cannot move from that slab onto an adjacent block of farmland or grass path. It actually bounces me off. There seem to be no issues if the slab is on the upper half of the block, however.
