[MC-189527] Water blocks parallel to farmland drags you in

Water blocks directly beside a farmland block drags you into the water as if being in a flow.

NOTE: Items thrown does not appear affected.

Repro 3/3

Steps:
1. Hoe a soil into a farmland block.
2. Place water directly beside it.
3. Stand on farmland block.

The water should pull you in.

I found that any path block or farmland next to an edge or water will cause the player to slide off the edge or into the water. If the player jumps up a block and lands on farmland or path block they cannot move forward and will be pulled back off the edge.
