[MC-190110] Nether musics plays rarely

I found an issue that affect the musics in the Nether in minecraft 1.16 developpment versions.
I didn't know if it's a bug or not, but i think it must be reported.

When i play in the Nether, in creative mode (but i believe that other game mode are affected), i have noticed that Nether musics plays very rarely. I can play in the Nether for hours without hearing any Nether music (only ambience sounds), no matter if i travel across multiple biomes or if i stay in the same biome for a long while.

That's the same for me. I never hear any nether music.

Make sure you have music turned on.

Same. Music turned on. I could hear ocean music, overworld music all the time but never any nether music while in the nether despite spending hours there.

We cannot reproduce this issue. Keep in mind that the maximum time for a new song starting is 20 minutes, and there is also no music in warped forests.

I have checked, the Nether musics indeed plays after a maximum delay of 20 minutes.
(and i've also checked, my sound settings are normal)

But i still believe than, in the Nether, the musics plays (now) more rarely than in other dimensions.
(in my tests, it's flagrant)
