What I expected to happen was...:
I expected we can aggro endermen with a egg summoned endermite
What actually happened was...:
I spawn a endermite in a minecart but when endermen spawn, they didn't angry of the endermites. (I tried different high for the endermite)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. summon a endermite eith a egg
2. put it in a minecart at 4 blocs over the floor
3. wait endermen aggro him, but it didn't happened

Works as intended. Endermen don't aggro on Endermite summoned by command or spawned with a spawn egg.
