Feature request: Farm plot polyculture

As a player, I planted a specific set of crops in the village plot, for aesthetic reasons. A farmer villager harvests them, but plants different crops, based on what is contained in its inventory. Eventually, the plot moves towards wheat monoculture. Both aesthetically and for variety, I would like the option to retain the (carefully cultivated) polyculture mix. The farmer should replant the crop that was harvested from the block. If the block does not contain a crop, the farmer could use the current behavior.
