[MC-190822] End portal does not load

When i get to the end portal and put in the eyes of ender in the portal, the end portal does not load I've been to different stongholds in different worlds and this still happens

Cannot reproduce, tried in a fresh 1.16rc-1 world and the portal works fine

Please provide seed and coordinates of the stronghold, and also provide a screenshot of your game with your F3 debug screen open.
