[MC-190841] 2 Snow Layers visual and actual height difference

If we place 2 snow layers beside a trapdoor, the snow layers visually look taller than the trapdoor but when we step on it, the snow layer is actually shorter than the trapdoor.
As shown in the screenshot attached the Y level on the trapdoor is greater than the Y level on the snow layers

Works as intended, you sink 2 pixels into snow to give it a more realistic "snowy" effect
