No gold nuggets from zombified piglins on server

Summary:
Zombified piglins drop gold swords only, not rotten flesh or gold nuggets. It works on singleplayer and everywhere else except on a survival server that I play on. It's likely an issue with a missing file, or something of that nature. I've killed over 1000 since the update and not one nugget has dropped.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a zombified piglin (or multiple)

2. Kill it/them

Observed Results:
Only a gold sword is dropped.

Expected Results:
Gold nuggets and/or rotten flesh should be dropped.
